TRY ON DRESS Gift Cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use Online & In-Store
Gift Cards can be used for purchases both online and at TRY ON DRESS physical stores.

2. Partial Use & Remaining Balance
A Gift Card may be used partially. Any unused balance will remain available on the Gift Card for future purchases.

3. Multiple Transactions
A Gift Card may be used multiple times until the available balance reaches zero or the Gift Card expires.

4. Insufficient Balance
If the Gift Card balance is insufficient to cover the full purchase amount, the remaining amount may be paid using another accepted payment method.

5. Transferability
Gift Cards are not personalized and may be transferred or gifted to another person. The person presenting or using the valid Gift Card code will be treated as the holder of the Gift Card.

6. No Cash Redemption
Gift Cards and any remaining balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

7. No Refund of Activated Gift Cards
Once activated, a Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.

8. Returns & Exchanges of Purchased Items
Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to TRY ON DRESS's standard Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Refunds for Purchases Made with a Gift Card
Where a refund is approved for an item purchased using a Gift Card, the amount originally paid using the Gift Card will be returned to the Gift Card. Any portion paid using another payment method will be refunded in accordance with the applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
TRY ON DRESS is not responsible for lost, stolen, copied, disclosed, or otherwise compromised Gift Cards or Gift Card codes. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

11. Validity
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will expire, subject to applicable law.

12. Sale Items, Promotions & Discounts
Gift Cards may be used to purchase SALE items and may be used together with valid promotional codes and other applicable discounts, subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion.

13. Purchase of Other Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraud

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the payment method used to purchase a Gift Card is authorized. TRY ON DRESS reserves the right to delay activation or use of a Gift Card while payment verification or fraud-prevention checks are being completed.

If the payment used to purchase a Gift Card is subsequently reversed, cancelled, disputed, charged back, or identified as unauthorized or fraudulent, TRY ON DRESS reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend or cancel the relevant Gift Card and any remaining balance.

Where the Gift Card balance has already been used, in whole or in part, before TRY ON DRESS receives notice of the payment reversal or chargeback, TRY ON DRESS reserves the right to investigate the transaction, restrict associated Gift Cards or customer accounts where appropriate, and provide the relevant payment provider or financial institution with transaction, activation, redemption, delivery, and other records reasonably required to respond to the dispute.

The transfer of a Gift Card to another person does not constitute cancellation or non-delivery of the original Gift Card purchase. The purchaser remains responsible for the security of the Gift Card code after it has been successfully delivered or provided to them.

TRY ON DRESS may refuse, suspend, or cancel a Gift Card transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorized use, payment abuse, or other unlawful activity.
