We accept returns and exchanges of unused, unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached, within 7 days.

Online Orders

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, please contact us at official@tryondress.ae or via the form below, and we'll send you instructions and a return label.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense — except in cases of a defect or an error on our part (see below).

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of the purchase date (not including the day of purchase).

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase: to card, immediately after the item is inspected; in cash, immediately if funds are available at the register, or within 3 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an item that doesn't match your order, this case is handled separately from our standard return policy. TRY ON DRESS covers all return and replacement costs in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items in satisfactory condition are not eligible for return or exchange:
Underwear
Swimwear
Bodysuits
Jewelry and accessories

This restriction does not apply to items with a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage, or order discrepancy.
