We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 7 days of the item’s delivery date, provided that all the original tags remain intact (still attached).

If you would like to return your order, please, contact us using the form below or send an email to official@tryondress.ae informing us that you want to make a return. Then we will provide all instructions and return label.

Please note that return shipping is at the customer's own expense.

If you would like to exchange an item for another (different size, colour, or style), please contact us via official@tryondress.ae or by the form below.

As soon as we receive your return and check the items (1 business day), we will issue a refund. Please, note that it might take your bank a few business days to process the refund payment
